how well does the rear piece fit on there? also do you have like a how-to on this project? and also progress pics on it?

That is certanly one of the nices mods if have seen.  What chaing guard did you buy?   Also as everyone else has asked.  Do you have a torrial.  Or at least what you did to the rear to make it fit.

Sorry, I don't have a step by step tutorial. It is a rather simple mod that does not require much, basically just a few new mounts for the tail and seats, a little time and imagination. I'll take some pics of the mounts I made, nothing major, some L-bracket and plastic welder. The chain guard is off a F4 or F4i, don't remember which one, I had to modify it to fit, again plastic welder.

damn, i have to say ras that is a nice ass f1.  i saw the pics on bikepics.com and wanted to ask some questions about how you did it.  most of them were answered already, but did the plastics fit to the stock subframe or is that what you made the L brackets for? also, how did you mount the license plate, is that a bracket from an 03 600RR as well? one more, did you put mesh in the stock fr blinkers, and just use the ones on your mirrors?

 

sorry, i got one more....what other pieces of the tail did you have to get.  did you use the heat guard to mount the tail on?  and are the seat locks on there as well?

hey i have a 90 cbr f1 that is completely naked! any other things i need to know about the  600rr tail before i buy a tail? and did you have to modify the subframe or its all original with just custom mounts?

Im going to see if i can try to convert the whole thing into a 2000 and up year CBR.....any one else know where i can find reference from? thanks!
