First of all....... it's not oil mixed with the gas, that's just the carbon from the exhaust that the fuel is mixing with as it runs down the inside of the header.
2nd - are the plugs in the right order? the 2 outside plugs look horrible, while the 2 inner plugs look clean-like from gas. The 2 outer cyl are not running right either. if you want to check the coils out-to eliminate them just switch them around- switch 2 and 3 with 1 and 4.- make sure you mark them before you do this so you know what coil came out of what cyl. I would try the fuel pressure regulator as stated above. You can check it out to see if the regulator is working. Unbolt it from the fuel rail, and try to suck on the end with the vaccum(sp?) hose. while you're sucking on it try and stick your tongue over the end of the line, then remove your tongue, and see if it releases the vaccum you've created. if there's no difference, it is NFG. It could also be your injectors staying open, either by the regulator, dirt/shite fuel, or ecm related. But I'm not there, so I can't say for certain. I can say I don't think it's an ignition problem, because there's no way gas could leak out like that with the injector working properly. Now- yes, you do have a spark problem, but it's indirectly caused by the fuel problem. Does that make sense?
BTW,....... I'd be doing an oil change after you figured this problem out. Not only is the fuel running out the exhaust, but I guarantee it's also running down past the rings into the oil pan. Pull the oil fill cap, and smell inside the engine. I bet it reaks of gas.
Also be careful because if you do get too much gas in the cyls, the piston cannot compress the gas(in liquid form), and then you bend a rod. It's called "hydralic lock." and yes it does happen, and no it's not pretty.
