    Pilot Power 2CT tires

For anyone interested in the Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tires, RideNow Powersports is taking pre-orders for them.  They will be available mid-Sept. and the prices are low. Clicky-clicky.

that looks like a good deal, but again a tire maker gives older bikes the shaft.

    No, 160 rear tires.

    Re: Pilot Power 2CT tires

There is a guy that is riding with us right now that has a set on his 600rr. We are waiting to see how many miles they are gong to hold up for. They're at 800 miles and the rear is starting to see the side where a bit more then his normal wear on PP. The front still looks really good, they heat up really reallly hot compaired to my PP after about a 20 min ride. He's running 36/36 it's just cool to see how soft those things on the sides were. Now when or if they come out with a 190/55 I will switch to them from the PP but until then I just don't ride hard enough to need dual compound.

    Re: Pilot Power 2CT tires

The compound in the center of the tire is supposed to be the same as regular PP's, so I'm guessing the mileage should be close to the same.  That is, unless you always ride balls out in nothing but curves. Stick out tongue  The 190/55 is already being offered for mid-Sept.
