Check your fuses first, because that's really easy. However, I got my rear LED signals working with a blown fuse (just my display was out until I changed it). Check that your wiring is correct, then that you're using the proper resistor. If all else fails, call tech support for that company. And if that doesn't work and you still want the part on there correctly, pay a competent shop a few bucks to button it up. Whatever you do, don't half-ass it. It is very important for the lights on our bikes to work properly! Good luck.
