    Sportbike Track time

Anyone ridden with this group? I am wanting to do a trackday up at Road America and the only date availible to me is a STT sponsored date and I want to know if it would even be worth it. How are the sessions, how is tech, how is the overall organization of the event? Any info would be appreciated. Thanx in advance.

    Re: Sportbike Track time

probably too late to make a difference now, but I have ridden with STT.

STT is a good group.  The coaches I worked with ranged from "fast" to "ridiculously fast."  But none of that really matters if they're not a good teacher.  Suffice to say, no matter how fast you think you are, their coaches will be able to teach you a ton.

if you've never been to a track day before, sign up for Novice group.

If you have done 2 or more trackdays with other groups, sign up for I (unless you're really worried about that).

I prefer to ride with NESBA, but STT is just 'different,' not worse.  it'll be personal preference.  You get a free lunch with STT :-P
