welcome, your only limit is your imagination (and your wallet). Tire and paint are the easy ones. though i would recomend doing any painting and body work while your doing the fork seals. Simpley because the bike will be out of service any way, that way it wont mess up any more riden time then needed.
Unless the bike has aftermarket exhaust i would doubt it needs a lot of tunning ( though a good carb guy can work wonders for tunning it in just perfect)unless some one has been monkeyen around. But maybe a good carb cleaning would help. It would also let you see what kind of shape your floats and jets and other parts are in.
