rear led indicators dim after headlamp xenon upgrade?

    Hi All,

I have fitted a clear LED Tail light with integrated indicators (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=380010135083), & front clear LED indicators.  I changed the relay to fix the flash rate.  This all worked perfectly until I fitted a HID Xenon headlight to my CBR 600 FX. (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170247166328)

Now the amber LED's for the indicators are extremely dim when the headlamp is switched on.  When the headlight is off, the indicators / brakes etc work fine.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can do to provide more power to the indicator led's when the headlight is on, or at least prevent the power from being drained from them!

    Thanks

Please ignore.  Seems to be working fine, now!

You could put a resistor in the headlight wire to cut the power down or you will need to get a lower wattage headlight bulb.  The charging systems on bikes just arent made for aftermarket lighting accessories.
