    I need parts for a 1989 hurricane (I don't know why i put in 1998 lol)

I just bought this bike from some guy for $200 and I am in need of lots of parts. I don't have a lot of money either. Any help would be great. Thanks

I will post a list of what parts I need tomorrow.

    Ok, here is the list:
    • Chain slider
    • Dash assy.
    • R. handle bar controls
    • Brake rotors and pads front and back
    • Fuel tank with all of the lines and fuel pump
    • Blinkers
    • Seat
    • Ignition
    • Front brake master cylinder
    • Upper tripple fork clamp
    • All farings
    • Air cleaner assy.
    • And the Taillight assy.
I will add more to the list when I find things that are broken.

    Thanks everyone.

I have an upper triple clamp and the front brake rotors and calipers. I also have a front wheel that is painted black to get rid of that ugly yellow thing. PM me.
Have you thought about turning your bike into a streetfighter? It would be much easier to turn it into a working bike that way.

Hey thanks for replying. sorry, I already have all of the parts you offered. And I might  do my own powder coating for the wheels, but let me know how much for your wheel and take some pics if you can. I would probably be more interested in the back wheel anyways since it is purple lol. I was actually thinking that I would turn it into a street fighter. I think that most canes look better that way. and fairings aren't really necessary.

Here is an updated list of the parts I still need:
    Updated 9/8/08

    Chain slider

    Maybe the right handlebar

    Blinkers

All of the little hoses for the carbs. and fuel tank.

    Fuel pump assy.

    Right hand controls

    Rear brake rotor.

    Front brake master cylinder

    Headlight

    Left peg bracket

And about a million bolts screws washers and other mounting hardware.
