Okay so i'm too cheap to buy a LOJACK. End of story. But i can get a couple of logo-vinyls and based on where i keep my bike, it wouldn't be a bad idea...or would it?

Here's my thoughts:

1) if a theif sees it they will probably be like, "ya F*** that. i'll steal some other bike"

2) if they are a good theif they will be like "well on the LOJack website it says they don't give out logo stickers for various reasons. So this guy must be bluffing."

But in situation #2, would the theif really have the balls to steal a bike with a LOJACK insignia on it?

Not if they're halfway smart....which most thieves aren't haha.

Hell yeah, put some lojack stickers on that thing, it will definetly deter thiefs.  If you're really worried about it getting stolen why not just buy a lojack system?  They work real good for sure.  They put a tracking device hidden on your bike somewhere and they can find it fast as soon as it's reported.  Law enforcement works with Lojack to recover the bike.

I don't want to get a LOJACK because it's damn expensive. I want the security of having one without paying for it. I.E i want to have my cake and eat it too. Any other opinions?
