OK so I have an 02 F4i that is pretty stock right now with regards to engine modification and anything else really. I have done a D&D slip-on exhaust and an acceleration kit (front & rear sprocket). I am awaiting my body mods to ship in from Europe now, carbon fiber body work from OPP racing. Now I have covered most of what I want to do to the outside of the bike (body work, signals, HID, undertail) I want to turn to the inside of the bike (engine), but other than doing a power commander I am not sure what else there is out there. I have looked into turbo charging and have struck out there and have also looked at NOS, which I am not a huge fan of so I pose the question what the heck else is there I can do to make this a BAD MOFO?

Slip-ons dont do sh!t.  Should have saved your money and bought a full exhaust system.  Pair it up with a good air filter and a power commander and you will gain several horses.  You can then spend some money and take it to a good dyno shop where they would create some cutom maps for your bike.
BY the way power commander by itself will only improve throttle response, may be a few flat spots. No power gain.
To make it a bad mofo just learn how to ride it well, hahah.
