yea i know it would be a 2006 100rr and f41

I found a thread where a guy says he put the '06 1000rr's exhaust on an 07 600rr.  It's not exactly what you're talking about, but it's close.  I'm not sure of the differences between '06 and '07 600rr's exhaust.  If they're similar, then it sounds like it's completely do-able.
