This has happened numeral time in the past. Bike shuts down on freeway after about 45 minutes riding. Doesn't happen all the time but mainly when I have a head wind. After brainstorming with my buddy and alittle R&D seems as though the rectifier is overheating and thus cutting off my electrical supply.
Ill start by applying a thermal compuond to see if this will help the problem. Pictures to come.
If anyone else has had this problem please let me know so I can keep riding.
