please describe more of what u mean by it started acting jerky in higher revs in 2nd gear. if you mean that when you were in a high rpm, let off the gas and went on the gas again and the bike jerked forward when hitting the gas then nothing is wrong... its just the bikes power. the "i" stands for fuel injected. one time on my 05 r1 the bike stalled when i slowed down which was weird but it started back up just fine and never happened again. i beleive the engine was cold if i remember correctly? that was awhile ago. did you install the clutch plates/friction discs yourself or did you have the shop do it? usually when the clucth plates and friction discs are worn acceleration slows down alot and in extreme cases ( very worn) the bike will barely move/ or wont move at all when in gear
