do you really think that?
It's pretty obvious if you've ever ridden a motorcycle before that the rear brake is much more forgiving if you're use it improperly. You use the front brake improperly and you're in a world of hurt. The back brake locks up and you can just let off and go back to your riding. If the front brake locks up you're going down fast. seriously man....that's a honkin line of crap you just wrote.
ive locked the front atleast a handfull of times w/out going down on a streetbike and an innumerable amount of times on my dirtbike w/ the same result. ive even locked both tires on the street once w/out touching the ground... jus managed to hit the car that pulled out in front of me.
well thats not the pt though. u didnt read the 1st paragraph in my post apparently. i dont care if anyone still posting about this (including me n u) or even a rider w/ as little 1000miles under his belt will feel comfortable locking the rear. someone w/ 0miles of experience is going to highside is a** off the bike everytime if u continually tell em its "forgiving". and no... jus letting off the brake when the rear is locked isnt always the best solution.
