here's a question I'm sure coudl easily be asked by calling my state farm agent, but that'd require effort and initiative... can you insure just a motorcycle with state farm or do you have to insure other vehicles as well?

To keep on this posts topic... I use state farm, insure a jeep, tacoma, mustang, and motorcycle... the motorcycle is $23/month ($138/6mos) for full coverage.  My total payment each month is about $150 for everything, full coverage.  I'm 25, married, clean record.

I have a friend who is paying about $100/month or so on an sv650 right now, not even full coverage.  He's 23, not married, clean record.  Was trying to find him other cheaper options than Nationwide.

i have state farm currently and pay 72.43 a month on my 2005 F4i for full coverage and a clean record and im 21. with state farm you can just insure a bike and nothing else.

not with my agent, or other statefarm agents i came across in kalifornia. they require something else to be insured, else they won't take you just w/ the bike.

Yeah it is an agent by agent decision.  When I was with State Farm I called 20 agents before I found the one that would take a motorcycle only policy...

I use Liberty Mutual.  I get a group rate because I have my house (plus earthquake insurance), truck, and motorcycle policies with them.  I'm 36, female, and the bike is registered in Los Angeles (bike swiping capital) and I pay $450 per year for full coverage on my bike.  The kicker is if I was married, I'd only pay around $375.

I have Progressive. I was paying $284/yr full coverage $500 deductible for my 03 VTX 1800. Now I just purchased a 03 CBR 600F4i for my 18 yr old son. My payments are now $2300/yr for full coverage. OUCH!!!

State Farm. 97 f3. Full coverage, $13 a month. Seriously cheap. I have one speeding ticket too.

i have state farm, 500 deductible, 2006 cbr 1000rr and i pay 253 every 6 months. driving recored not the best.

i also have 97 f3 and pay 223 for the year, same coverage.

19 yrs old, clean record, 99 f4, around 700/year with statefarm
