I'm probably gonna get flamed for being a traitor.. I went to the
dealership one day, not even thinking about dishing out my bank card
for a bike, and well.. long story short... it got delivered to my house
the next day..
I was orginally planning on getting a 2003 Honda CBR 600 F4i in
Black/Silver, and never even thought about sitting on a GSX-R 600
because of how everyone says it's a much worse starting biking. But...
as I sat on the GSX-R it blew my whole idea on what comfortable really
is (I suppose since I'm a bigger guy, 6'0 220lbs). So long story
short.. I finally got a pic of my bike, and it's not in my bedroom like
the helmet pic from earlier.
I took it for a very short ride down the block. Kinda stupid of me to
have my first riding experience ever, at night, on a GSX-R... which has
really opened my eyes as to the type of skill it takes to handle one of
these, or any bike for that matter, which is why the bike is going to
stay in my garage until I am completely done with the MSF course..
maybe twice.. depending on how comfortable I am.
After riding it just down the block and making a very small turn, I
decided that it was too much for me to do at the time and pushed the
bike back, and damn.. it is hard... If I ever see any of you guys
pushing your bikes on the freeway, I will definately without thinking
twice offer to help.
