Okay, now for the serious answer. Chicken Strips is a term used to describe the unused outer edges of the tires. It comes from the rider not leaning the bike enough to scrub those outer edges with the pavement. Unfortunately, these are often used to gauge the bike's owner's abilities as a rider. This can truly be misleading because the street doesn't always offer the proper evironment for such lean angles.
