First off, Hello I'm new to the board. I own a 89' 600 and was wondering what has everyone done in regards to a different tail fairing. I'm looking at changing mine.

Hey, I working on putting a CBR600F4i race tail on my 90' 600.  I order the part from HotBodies last week and I'm working on the subframe now.  I'll post pictures as it progress's and once I figure this whole board out.

Hey Im new too. I found some pics on the web of a hurricane that has a converted tail, its a ducati 916 tail. I dont know what the link to it is but I saved the pics in a file. I will try to post them. There is pics of the tail as well as the subframe. I would like to do the samething either a 916 or R1 style tail.

Now word for word and part for part what exactly do you have to do in order to put that kind of tail on a 1990 hurricane cbr 600?  And what tail ends will fit on their?  Is their any tales that you can bolt up to the original sub-frame?  Or is their any subrames that will just bolt up with slight modifications i.e. drilling new holes or anything like that?  Thanks for all the help...
