DucRacer748:Not that I approve of stunting on the street, but what you need is a larger rear sprocket. This is how all the stunta's make wheelies look so easy. I've seen some huge rear sprockets (60 teeth!).
Also want to let air out of the rear tire down to something like 22psi.
You might want to hit up another message board that is big into stunting, like www.gixxer.com or even www.r6messagenet.com
You do NOT need a larger rear sprocket..
Bigger sprockets actually make it HARDER to control wheelies... They make hte bike buck more, and harder to control while learning.
any 600 is perfectly capable of rocking 10mph idle wheelies with stock gearing.. Re-gearing itb efore you can hold a wheelie under 15mph, will only make you buck more in wheelies, and be more out of control..
I rode on stock gearing for nearly 2 years.. I got all the basics down.. Idle wheelies, 1 handers, coasters, scrapes.. Then I re-geared, and started learning circles and stuff..
Trust me.. re-gearing wont help.. All it will do is make you worse unless you can control it! But if you can't already rock a wheelie steady at under 15mph, you'll be even worse with sprockets!
The ONLY reason people re-gear their bikes for wheelies, is to make super slow speed circles/combo's easier without the bike stalling as much..
But even with gearing, you still have to work the clutch to keep the bike from stalling out.
edit: with stock gearing on my f4i, I can pop it UP in 3rd gear, and rock wheelies at 70mph for miles in 3rd.. And I can pop wheelies up from a dead stop, and rock them at around 6-8mph
