Go to your dealer and sit on a Ninja 250. It can be lowered.
If you want a cruiser, there are some twins of the 400cc range out there that give you the power, but are very low and light.
I'm 5"10 and have absolutely no problem sitting on my CBR 1000. It’s a perfect fit.
