It sounds like you are burning oil or anti-freeze. What does it smell like? Check your oil and see what it looks like. If it doesn't look like it should than there could be anti-freeze in it. You might need either new piston rings or a new head gasket. (New gasket = about $50) and probably new spark plugs to. They may have been fouled due to oil getting on them.

Go here for a picture guide for fouled plugs: Click here

Let me know what you find and I should be able to help you better. Good luck

hello Bojak thank u very much 4 your input

i checked the plugs that wherent firing they where 1 and 4 they were fouled like in the pics between 1 and 2

replaced em  started right up lots of smoke then no more smoke, ran fine

next day same 2 cilinders not firing and some smoke

my bet is that oil is getting to the plugs but dont really have the money to replace internals right now     would and oil change and maybe some oil additive help or do i have to bite the bullet

All that you would really need is some rings. I'm not sure that an oil change or oil additives (I'm not to familiar with oil additives) would help a whole lot with this, But here are some listings on Ebay for some pistons that have the rings.

    Link 2

They are both fairly cheap and should do the job. Good luck and let me know if you have any more questions.

Re: Cilinder 1 and 4 dont fire already changed coil HELP

It depends on what your technical skills are at. I have just started my first project like this about 2 weeks ago, but I have always been into taking things apart and putting them back together. So it has been fairly easy for me. I also took an auto shop class 2 years ago during my sophomore year of high school. and it has been very helpful with understanding engines.
What you would have to do is remove just about everything from the bike that covers the top of the engine. I.E. The fairings, radiator, carbs. etc. And then remove the cylinder head cover. it will look something like this... Click The picture is on my Myspace. There are more pictures that you can look at that might help you with other things related to taking apart the bike.

I will get more pics of what you will need to remove when i get a chance to. Something else that I would highly recommend is getting a Clymer or Haynes repair manual. The manuals will give you step buy step instructions on what you should do and they probably also have a tutorial on exactly what to do when there is a problem like yours. They would probably be more of a help than I am. I'm still waiting to get mine.

Re: Cilinder 1 and 4 dont fire already changed coil HELP

You may have a problem with your carburetors. I think that you have a carb that is overflowing with gas. You should take them off and check the floats (Check out the pics on my myspace) and make sure that none of them are stuck or have a crack in them. Fill a small bowl with gas and submerge the float completely. Then see if it floats or sinks. If it sinks, then you need a new float. You should also check the float stop valve. (It is connected to the float bowl and it has a small black rubber tip) Make sure that it is clean and not worn out. And you might as well clean the carbs to while you are at it.
