No one will know for sure about the 2007 R1 until September, but expect it to be a little more than what that image is showing.
Yamaha will be entering the AMA Superbike class next year and Haga is coming around on the R1 in WSBK, so I'm sure hp will be up and the bodywork will be slippier, and I'm sure we'll see a version of the fly-by-wire throttle system used on the R6 which has a mild form of traction control already built into the system that has the ability to be manipulated later on.
As for as looks go, I would expect a bit more than what we see there.
