    New Tail

    Ok so i attempted to do the 600rr tail conversion on my bike. Umm nothign to Fancy but here are some pic of it.. Still not completly dont.. i have to do some more body mods. What i ahve here is a 600rr Race tail on my bike that is modded to fit. alright well here are pics..

    are you going to add more 600rr body work? or is this it?

    that must be a real B^%$#H to put together, i can only imagine.

    damn, that looks soo much better.  how modded is that tail of ures?? any glass work required, other than cutting?

    looks good man, i am about to do the same to mine, got the tail coming in tomorrow and gonna hit the drawing boards.  did you take any pics during the mod?  i could use all the help i can get.  one another note, im gonna make the RR exhaust fit as well.

    one more thing, you might want to get some F4 pegs and get rid of those ugly stock brackets, they are ugly on there.

    hey just wanting to know how to even start on doing an tail conversion i dont even know where to start about what dose it cost to do?do you haave to swap the hole sub frame?  my email is lowridertbr@yahoo.com

    when you do custom stuff like the tail conversion etc, the best thing i would say to do is get the tail section first. Then once you have the tail, remove your tail and all associated parts. Then place the new tail on your bike and see how it fits, what needs cut or filled. Then you can decide if you can make your subframe work with brackets etc or if you need to buy the stock subframe. I did the 600rr tail on my bike and i just made some backets out of steel and aluminum to mount the seat latch and sat mount to.

    F4i and 600rr plastic, F4i guages,Hyperpro steering damper, Yoshi slip on, Rear set adapters, Fox twin clicker, racetech front springs, all kevlar brake lines, RK vortex chain and sprocket set -1,+2

    did you set up keyed access to the trunk as well?  i almost got mine done like that, i have not heard of anyone else doing it yet.

    +1 on the fitting steps first.

    currently mine is just setup as a pull cord but im not quite done with some of the small things like that yet
