Friends turned me on to SPEED WERKS in Dover, Del. The shop is the best, they are bike nuts first! ive never been in the shop less then an hour, not cuss there slow. but cuss their willing to talk to you. if you have a question they have an answer. they also have an on line store. speedwerks.com

They do every thing from street to race, and are track racers their selves.1/4 mile and road race! From paint to full out builds they do it!!

commuting on a VLX600 shadow for now, 60MPG!!! I punched out the baffles, so it has that V-twin snap and crackle that made H/D so infamous. Except this little scute is rice powered!!lol

and once in a while a 98 gold wing, its a scarey fast 2 wheeled yacht!!

I ride past there often but ever had a chance to stop and look around. I do know they were one of the first to have online crash test reveiw on OGK helmets. If I ever stop buying on line may have to check then out, but I doubt I'll ever buy anywhere but online.... well I do buy from Fuji's Factory so thats not entirely true.

They also do great sevice work, I just had my 929 in .They changed out my chain for a new one, checked the valve clearences and m/b a new front tire( I supplied) for $280. And while the guy was pulling my tank, he found a broken wire to a sensor on the air box. Said he wasnt sure if it was broke or just bad and he finished it off. but that was fixed as a freebee.
