I received my repsol helmet yesterday. It is in great condition with the visor stickers still on it. The only problem it seems was that the tags under the chin strap had been removed. No big deal. I saw the helmet on ebay, but called the 1-800 number instead and spoke with Tyler. He was very helpful in placing my order. Later that day I received the tracking number and tracking info. As promised, it was delievered FedEx on yesterday.
Did you pay for the helmet with a credit card? If so, file a complaint with the credit card company. Show them the invoice from UPS that shows them receiving the helmet, and you will be credited the $200.
