    i dealt with extremesupply.com in december, i received a damaged helmet, so i emailed them saying i want to return it for another. they said not a problem we have the same situation with most repsol helmets with broken vents. i sent it back on january 4th, it's now january 24th and i finally received 2 emails from them, the first one yesterday saying they never received my helmet (usps page says helmet was delivered on the 9th) and secondly that they don't recall me ever talking to them about getting a new helmet. so i suppose i'm out a helmet but also out over 200 dollars. Very dissastifying. if anyone else ever dealt with them, let me know.

    I received my repsol helmet yesterday. It is in great condition with the visor stickers still on it.  The only problem it seems was that the tags under the chin strap had been removed.  No big deal.  I saw the helmet on ebay, but called the 1-800 number instead and spoke with Tyler. He was very helpful in placing my order.  Later that day I received the tracking number and tracking info.  As promised, it was delievered FedEx on yesterday.

    Did you pay for the helmet with a credit card?  If so, file a complaint with the credit card company. Show them the invoice from UPS that shows them receiving the helmet, and you will be credited the $200.
