My bike was towed about a week ago and unfortunately the wrong tow business in there area was chosen. 

When i got home i noticed my bike was scuffed big time behind the front wheel where both side fenders meet!  The plastic is scratched and cracked down there and when i looked at it the panels weren't even flush. There was a two inch gap in between them and both of those plastic fastener screws were missing.

I called the tow company to report this and the rude lady on the phone said nope we can't do anything about it. She said you have to notice this before you take the bike home.  Like i had time to look all over it and stuff, i did a basic run through but i didn't look close enough down by that tire unfortunately!

Any idea what can be done?  I'm pursuing it to the best of my knowledge but i really don't feel like they will do anything.  Man do i hate tow companies.

Try complaining to the manager instead of the office b!tch.  Also, complain to some kind of consumer services organization (e.g. Better Business Bureau) or one of the local news channels' consumer advocates (e.g. the Bay Area has "7 on your side" which is part of ABC7 news).
