The best thing to do is, if it will all fit back into place and fill in the hole, to tape it all back to gether with masking tape as a brace on the out side, and then scuff the back side with heavy grit sandpaper, clean it with rubbing alcohol and epoxy it with a 2 part epoxy on the back side of the fairing. That way from a couple feet away it isnt noticable. Later you can have a body shop repaint it and most of the repair work is done, they will just have to spot putty sand and shoot. And you can ride till then with out a big disgusting hole.
I wouldnt super glue it, super glue is usualy to brittle and dosent have the strength for this kind of repair.
