Inherited Helmet with Cat Hair - And I'm Alergic. How to Clean?

I don't want to throw the lid out, but not sure how to clean out the cat hair.

    Thoughts? Thanks!

used lids are worthless.  most of the time, they are already broken in for someone else's head shape and the EPS liner is crushed down, making it too big and therefore unsafe.  also, helmet are only good for 5years.  after that, the manufacturer says it is not safe enough to save ure head.  sooo..... toss it or keep it as a shelf decoration.

if u dont feel the need for a for-sure safe helmet and really really want to keep it, just take it into the shower w/ u and scrub it w/ a soft brush and shampoo until u dont sneeze anymore.

Yeah, you are right. Though the lid actually fits better than my helmet, there are safety concerns.  I'll go with the shelf decoration.

    Thanks for the feedback.
