The bike will crank there is no fuel, no spark, no prime for the pump. the bank angle sensor is new and works, the kickstand and clutch are bypassed, kill switch is good, and ecm is good.

 

A buddy of mine has a 02 F4I that he is making a stunt bike out of. right now he is running no guages and a aftermarket Ing. switch. I have read on some other forums that the pink wire from the Ing. switch needs to be between 8-9 volts. but I am not sure that is his only problem, some say you can run with no guages others say you cant.

08 Yamaha YZF R6

There is a diode in the ignition switch that does change the voltage one way which signals the ecm to allow the bike to run.  You will need a factory ignition switch or wire the same diode into the aftermarket switch.  I dont remember the exact diode but im pretty sure the info is on here somewhere. I ordered 5 or 10 of them a couple years back when I did some repairs on my cousins and brothers bikes.
