    LED or neon lights on a bike

    Are neon or LED lights legal in VA? 

    And if they are legal in your stat what state are you from? thanks

    They are legal here in FL, they just can't be red or blue (those are for emergency vehicles only).  And you can't be able to see the bulbs.
