is the tire hugger necessary on the F2?? ive seen many picture of people without them.  also, i may be putting a fender eliminator on.  with it then be necessary? idk ha, thanks

All the tire huggers on F2s that I've seen have been aftermarket installations.  So no, you dont need, some just like the way it looks.  With the fender eliminator it might protect it a bit from rocks, but usually they are too short to provide any protection.

i disagree with fulcrum. i have a  f2 with a stock tire hugger. but hes right in that it would probably protect the undertail from rocks n stuff
