There are scratches on the left side case cover from a first owner spill. I bought it with 150 miles on it from Mountain Adventures Honda in Kodak, TN  and it has been meticulously maintaned. Oil changes every 1500miles, brake fluid every 3k, radiator flush and fluid change twice a year( currently running LP engine ice), chain clean and lube every ride.
The bike is in Kodak, TN $5,000

Thanks.Yeah, that's my son. He rides pretty much everywhere with me. He wants to do a trackday  but not too many organizations will let you push it 2up.
